Cynthia Davis teaches and practices meditation in Fredericton, New Brunswick, on the east coast of Canada. She began her study and practice in the late 1990s in the Tibetan tradition. In 2013, she was introduced to insight meditation and then found a home in True North Insight in Montreal. Cynthia recently completed TNI's Community Meditation Teacher Mentorship program and is committed to sharing the dharma and creating safe spaces for practice.
