At the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies, we are committed to creating a supportive and accessible environment for all participants. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following refund policy to provide clarity and flexibility to our community.
Residential Programs
We understand that personal circumstances may require you to cancel your registration. In these cases, please contact us right away. If you cancel more than eight weeks before the program starts, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel between three and eight weeks before the program starts, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Registration fees are nonrefundable less than three weeks before the program starts.
Path Programs
We understand that personal circumstances may require you to cancel your registration. In these cases, please contact us right away. If you cancel more than eight weeks before the program starts, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. If you cancel between three and eight weeks before the program starts, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Registration fees are nonrefundable less than three weeks before the program starts.
Online Programs
We understand that personal circumstances may require you to cancel your registration. In these cases, please contact us right away. If you cancel before the program starts, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Registration fees are nonrefundable after the program starts.
Online Immersive Programs
We understand that personal circumstances may require you to cancel your registration. In these cases, please contact us right away. If you cancel before the program starts, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Registration fees are nonrefundable after the program starts.
Hybrid Programs
We understand that personal circumstances may require you to cancel your registration. In these cases, please contact us right away. If you enroll in the residential option of a Hybrid Program, the Residential Programs cancellation policy above will apply to you. If you enroll in the online option of a Hybrid Program, the Online Programs cancellation policy above will apply to you.
Emergency Cancellations and Special Considerations
If you cannot attend a program due to unexpected emergencies (e.g., illness or family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
How to Cancel Your Registration
To cancel your registration and request a refund, please get in touch with our Program Managers at contact@buddhistinquiry.org or 978-355-2347. Please include your full name and program details. If you are requesting an emergency cancellation or special consideration, please also include the reason for the cancellation.
