Foundations of a Soulmaking Dharma: Re-evaluating Emptiness, Imagination, Sacredness and Desire

An online study and practice program guided by Catherine McGee and Yahel Avigur.

Rooted in the Buddha’s teaching of emptiness, ethics and meditative training, Soulmaking Dharma is a rich and resonant contemporary flowering of the Dharma. Soulmaking Dharma teachings rest upon practices of samatha, metta, emptiness, and the emotional/energy body.

Mindfulness of Breathing

An online study and practice program guided by the teachings of Bhikkhu Anālayo.

Mindfulness of Breathing is an eight-week, focused study on the sixteen steps of the Ānāpānasati-sutta. This program builds on the practice, particularly of the awakening factors, developed in the first program on Satipaṭṭhāna Meditation. 

Satipaṭṭhāna Meditation

An online study and practice program guided by the teachings of Bhikkhu Anālayo.

Satipaṭṭhāna Meditation is an intensive nine-weeks of practice and focused study on the liberating teachings of the Satipaṭṭhāna sutta, a foundational early Buddhist teaching.
