  • Address: Autofill might incorrectly place your address in Line 2, so please move it to Line 1.

  • This is true for BOTH the contact address and billing address fields.

  • Address: Please do not use any punctuation — for example, use: PO Box (instead of P.O. Box).

  • State: Start typing your state and then select your state when it appears in the dropdown list.

  • Country: Please do not use any punctuation or abbreviation — for example, use: United States (instead of US or U.S.).

  • Accommodations: This field is required, including the gender drop-down selection.

  • Browser: Please use Chrome or Safari as your browser.

  • Credit card: Please type your expiration date as a 2-digit month + 2-digit year — for example, use 12/27 (instead of 1/2027).

If you still encounter issues, please try the following solutions:

  • Program Questions: Please do not leave any blank fields. If there are questions for which you have no response, please type: N/A.

  • Emergency Contact: This field is required.

  • Payment Level: This field is required.
